Team Manager
My client based in Loughton are seeking a Team Manager to join their Finance Department. You will be responsible for overseeing, managing and coaching a small team (under 10 direct reports) on a daily basis and reporting directly into the Financial Controller.
Previous management experience within an office environment is essential to be considered for this role.
A Finance background is not essential, however an interest in this field would be an advantage. My client can offer study support to complete AAT's or ACCA qualifications so if you are looking to move into this field then this is an exciting opportunity not to be missed.
This role would suit someone who is currently in a Team Leader or Senior member of staff looking for a step up, or an experienced Office or Finance Manager wishing to expand on your existing skills in a growing business.
Salary expectations of 30-37k dependant on experience Monday-Friday Office and remote working with a view to return to the office full time in the future
