Our new Non-Executive Director:
  • Will have knowledge and skills in nursing and / or midwifery
  • Will have a sound understanding of the NHS and its current challenges
  • Will be able to help our Board to drive the consistent delivery of safe, effective care and a positive patient experience - on our wards and in other patient areas
  • Will have a good understanding of clinical data / information and be able to interpret it effectively in order to support the Board in identifying clinical trends, themes, risks and learning
