This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic Estates & Facilities team. The Internal Auditor will work closely with the BSI Lead to support the implementation of BSI standards across the Estates & Facilities Management (EFM) directorate.

The post holder will demonstrate excellent organisation skills, must be flexible in approach to meet the demands of the Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) Business Development Unit, and able to work independently, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis where appropriate.

The post holder will be instrumental in the auditing function of the EFM Services in accordance with BSI requirements.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
