Would you like to be the Deputy Head of Informatics Programmes, Assurance and Improvement?

It is an exciting time to work in a digital environment especially at BCUHB as we are currently developing our new Digital Strategy, which will change the way we work and improve the patient experience.

You need to be an exceptional pro-active leader who has the responsibility to ensure that informatics programmes and projects deliver the benefits, on time, on budget and at the required quality, so you need to have a strong background in programme and project management with highly developed people and change management skills.

You will also need to have experience of Business Planning and Improvement to ensure that the Informatics Department meets it reporting and improvement requirements.

You will be an exceptional communicator with the experience and ability to manage communications within the department, to the wider organisation and externally.

If you are the leader we are looking for who wants to make a difference with the experience, skills, knowledge and positive attitude we want to hear from you.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English Speakers are equally welcome to apply.
