Job role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dedicated professional to join our Partner Assurance Team.

Supporting our business by setting up and managing the Terms of Business Agreements that we have in place across the country.

Anytime we wish to work with a third party, you are here to ensure we have everything in place before proceeding.

Your Role:
  • Working within our strict Service Level Agreements for all Partner Assurance Agency activity; provide support, advice, and the timely delivery of agreements and questionnaires.
  • Understand the various Gallagher trading relationships currently in place. Manage our transfer documents, and intra-group transfers in line with market practice and our guidelines.
  • Provide support and MI for projects, Mergers & Acquisitions, and at times of increased workload.
  • Assist with DA Agreements, international licences, Company Information requests and Management Information.
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Cert CII qualified, or willing to work towards.
  • Appreciation of the compliance risks facing insurance brokers. Proven track record of providing effective operational, regulatory and document controls.
  • Highly organised, working well in a fast paced environment, with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Detailed, accurate and thorough, you're happy to raise concerns if you find them!
  • The highest attention to detail, exceptionally analytical with strong investigative skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
