Finance Administrator - Accounts Payable
Albert Dock, Liverpool
Permanent - Full time

We have an exciting internal opportunity for an Accounts Payable Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team in Liverpool. You will be responsible for the timely logging and resolution of client queries whilst ensuring Company compliance and best practice processes are followed.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out purchase order matching and purchase order failure investigations.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Preparation of weekly pay runs.
  • Invoice input and posting of journals.
  • Daily banking and Paypal payments.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required.

What you need to show us

  • Proven experience within a high volume/fast paced financial services department
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a Team.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office Applications
