We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Business Analyst to join our PMO Office within our IT Department. This role is based at our head office in Central London with a salary on offer of up to £50,000. Job Description

As IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between IT and the business to understand both business operational and development needs, with a key role to map and reengineer business processes.
  • Job Type:(Full Time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week)
  • Working Pattern:Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Benefits package:We offer a comprehensive package including a contributory pension scheme (total annual contribution up to 20%), Private Medical Healthcare, 33days annual leave (inclusive), as well as a wide range of other benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with the business to identify and capture new business needs, developing clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Represent IT within the business teams by maintaining a high degree of visibility, attending business meetings and appropriate management forums, and providing a central point of information for all related IT activities
  • Represent the business needs and interests within IT, contributing to appropriate IT team, operational and development meetings
  • Assist the business to form process and systems solutions that are appropriate and adequate to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs, identifying any issues and risks


Skills & Experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams, and complex problems/solutions in a non-technical and simplified manner
  • Proven ability to produce clear and qualified requirements from undefined and unstructured information
  • Experience with any of the following would be of interest: Use Cases, User Stories, Business Process Model and Notation or Change Management
  • Demonstrated experienceofapplied Agile Business Analysis and clear understanding of SCRUM Planning, User Stories, Context mapping & requirements gathering.
