A financial organisation based in Liverpool are looking for 2 Risk & Assurance consultants to join their IT Change Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years commercial experience within Risk & Assurance to elevate their career to new heights within a global brand.
As the Risk & Assurance Consultant you will work closely with the Risk Lead, PMO, Change Managers to support and facilitate the IT change across the business. You will be tasked to identify risks and issues across the portfolio and ensure they are effectively management, reported and escalated where required.
Essential Experience:

• 2 years + experience within a Risk Analyst / Risk Consultant position
• Proven track record of working within a regulated environment
• Basic understanding of Portfolio Management Office aligned to the P30 model
• Possess a continual improvement mindset, positively challenging ways of working and engaging and involving others in a constructive manner
• Understanding of best practice within a wider change organisation to support assurance of Change portfolio
• Good stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at various levels of the organisation
• Championing Change governance and encouraging development through innovation, benchmarking, adoption of best practice, knowledge sharing, etc.
