A highly acquisitive healthcare organisation based in the West End is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to lead their finance team. This role will involve extensive business partnering with senior stakeholders to drive profitability. The company is currently growing rapidly and looking to acquire new sites across the UK. The successful candidate will be fully qualified with healthcare industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Leading and developing a small finance team Setting company budgets and offering detailed forecasts Business partnering with senior stakeholders to develop commercial strategy Offering analysis on potential investors and seeking new business development opportunities Oversight of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting compiled by the finance team Leading on internal audit and tax compliance Desired Skills and Experience Must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Prior healthcare or health services experience is essential Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment By submitting your details you agree to ourT&C's
