Job Description

Scope of responsibilities:
  • Research and credit analysis

Description of tasks:
  • Prepare intensive credit proposals for fixed income investments
  • Provide recommendations based on relative value and investment strategy of different portfolios
  • Assist in macro analyses and industry studies for detail research
  • Assist in various projects related to asset allocation for the CIO and the firm
  • Source, analyze, trade, and monitor individual bonds, private debt, and loans for different fixed income portfolios
  • Participate in bond issuer & borrower meetings, and industry conferences
  • Evaluate shadow credit ratings of private debt/loans
  • Evaluate documentation of private debt/loans
  • Maintain broker/dealer relationship and make presentations to clients when needed
  • Participate in and contribute to the asset allocation process
  • Build and maintain financial models

Requirements:
  • Around 3-8 years’ experience in credit analysis including credit fundamental studies, peer’s comparison, and knowledge of different industries
  • Fast learner and keen to learn to invest in both public and private financial markets
  • Native in Mandarin, and fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
