Summary:
Provide strategic business analysis to identify fraud exposures, put controls in place to counter threats, and effectively pursue operational and systemic enhancements to protect against future risks worldwide.

Job Details:

Maintain a deep awareness of all business operations to help influence stakeholders to explore technology enhancements related to risk and fraud
Drive complex security enhancements worldwide by partnering with multiple stakeholders across several business units
Document project progress, provide recurring updates and remedies for potential hurdles
Educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements; conduct follow up with each business unit
Provide non-traditional risk monitoring and investigative services, including off hours support as needed
Help senior-level business stakeholders make informed decisions regarding prioritization of risk enhancements
Be an expert on all worldwide risk processes and best practices
Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level business analysts within the worldwide risk organization
Effective use of written and oral communication to present ideas, case studies and proposals to impacted parties
Work to centralize and streamline risk mitigation techniques across multiple systems, region, and centers
Attend industry conferences and training courses as assigned
