Job Purpose

The KPI Reporting Analyst reports into the KPI Reporting Manager, and is part of a global and multicultural team of analysts operating from various locations. His/her role is to support the
Global Business Services (GBS) organization with the reporting and analysis of the operational KPI's and metrics.

More specifically, the Analyst will take an active role in the maintenance and update of the operational KPI dashboard, notably during month end close, which will allow him/her to perform
KPI analyses. The operational KPI dashboard being central to the monitoring of the service delivery performance of the GBS organization, the Analyst plays a key role being business
partner to support various stakeholders such as GPDL, GPA, GPO, CI Managers/Experts orTower Leads.

His/her analyses will cast light into the performance of the organization, highlighting root causes to poor performance and areas of improvement and quantifying missed opportunities. His/her purpose is to bring transparency as much as possible regarding the quality of the GBS services. Overtime, the Analyst will acquire a broad understanding of the different operations run by GBS which will position him/her ideally for a Process Improvement Specialist or KPI reporting specialist
role.

Key Accountabilities

Take part in development of the GBS operational KPI's dashboard:
• Act as Business partner for GPDL to maintain up to date KPI tree by a defining new
metrics, stopping non relevant ones
• Work closely with Dashboarding team to perform (monthly) data loads
• Support improvements and automation efforts, taking part in visualization workshops,
conducting UAT's, working with the IM team develop new KPI's, etc.
• Maintain and develop report broadcasting at destination of a multitude of stakeholders
• Run monthly quality checks on the metrics reported
• Lead automation of KPIs from Service Now.

Perform KPI's analyses
• Provide the KPI Reporting Manager with analysis suggestion and yearly analysis planning
• Analyze KPI trees and run root cause analysis
• Quantify missed opportunities arising from missed OLA's, policy non-compliance, etc.
• Help KPI Reporting Manager design performance reports
• Run yet to be determined analyses for other parties (business, audit, internal control)
• Assist with business cases and appropriation requests writing
• Conduct any analysis at the request of the KPI Reporting Manager and Business Insights
Manager

Key Activities

Support various stakeholders within GBS and across the organization:
• Provide technical training to new dashboard users on a quarterly basis
• Present analysis outcome to the KPI Reporting Manager, Service Delivery Managers, etc.
• Cooperate with regional CI Managers to quantity improvement opportunities
• Support CI projects and Kaizen events by providing necessary data
• Support Transition Managers by providing performance baseline ahead of transitions
• Assist the GBS Controller by compiling volumetrics and use them to prepare the monthly
recharges to the business and, in the future, to prepare the monthly Infosys self-billing
• Assist the Customer Experience Manager with customer satisfaction analysis score

Experience

Work experience in analytical and/or financial roles in a global or multinational
environment
• Experience with Tibco Spotfire reporting and/or visualization tool required
• Experience with Service Now, Celonis and RPA required
• Ability to work with a cross regional, multicultural and virtual team
• Extensive number literacy and financial acumen
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to communicate with and present effectively and remotely to various stakeholders
with limited financial or analytical knowledge
• Ability to influence and convince direct stakeholder through analysis
• Understanding of Finance, Human Resources and Information Management functions
• At ease with processes
• Previous experience with GBS organization a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle pressure
• Mastering other languages a plus
• Impeccable work ethics
• Limited travel
