JOB DESCRIPTION

Bank of America is committed to differentiating product capabilities, including those relating to the migration from U.S. paper to electronic and digital products.The U.S. Emerging Payments Product Executive manages a major component of Global Transaction Services Product Management - the US Real Time Payment Product and two directly related - US ACH and Check Disbursements. This individual collaborates with senior executives in the development and sponsorship of core product strategies supporting key business objectives, including competitive differentiation, share growth, risk mitigation and migration from paper to electronic. Maintains financial responsibilities that include forecasts of volume and revenue trends, PxV volume drivers, product profitability and the components of product costs. Works extensively with clients, coverage and GTS Sales to identifies key industry and target markets and develop functionality.

Responsibilities for the U.S. Emerging Payments Product Executive include:
  • Direct ownership of GTS US Real Time Payments, Check Disbursements and ACH products.
  • Collaboration with Tech, Ops, Compliance, Risk and other functional partners.


Required Skills
  • 10-15 years of Product Management experience preferably experience working with Multinational Corporations
  • Previous experience in a Global Transaction Banking role & knowledge of Global Transaction Services products globally
  • Previous Mgmt experience - directly or through leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail & good business judgment
  • Comfortable interacting with senior colleagues throughout the organization
  • Comfort with uncertainty and flexible/adaptable to highly dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated and tenacious; proactive and resilient in pursuing objectives despite challenges
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple/competing priorities
  • Ability to influence across multiple organizations
  • Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Extensive product management expertise
  • Fluent in development of US Real Time Payments, including key use cases and related functionality
  • Ability to engage with numerous external parties, including clients, regulators and potential technology providers
  • Deep understanding of technology and operations environments
  • Ability to travel
  • BS/BA degree
