You are:

A talented manager excited to usher in a new era of digital finance with experience leading projects and/or teams. You're a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client's unique needs. You can see the gap between where they are and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there.

The work:

• Help clients modernize their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, then managing your teams' workflows
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)
• Walk clients through as-a-Service business transformations, help them enable and new go-to-market models and operationalize the changes required by the finance organization (e.g. bookings, revenue recognition, billing, credit management, forecasting, planning, etc)
• Find Cloud ERP and EV solutions for clients and share best practices across the industry
• Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Stay on top of current regulations, trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem
• Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
• Manage teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets and technical/functional knowledge. Encourages creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition. Works across the global CFO & Enterprise Value practice to share lessons learned and best practices.
• Implement and execute structured decision-making. Act independently to determine best possible methods and procedures to deliver against CFO & Enterprise Value assignments.
• Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
