Job Description

Business Analyst and Documentation Specialist Opportunity Job Details:

Required Job Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, organizing, rewriting, editing, and applying brand standard graphics/classification/formatting of all policy, procedure, and training documents
  • Generation of new proposal content, technical design documents, internal procedures, user guides, disaster recovery and security documentation, electronic forms, web content, product collateral, direct mail, branded mass email communications, presentations and flow charts
  • Project lead duties include coordinating a biennial privacy and security assessment to achieve an industry accreditation designation from a third-party accrediting entity ( )
  • Lead for Conduent Internal self-assessment requirements, coordinating with subject matter experts, compiling evidence and coordinating auditor site visits
  • Additional projects include updating system documentation for a Conduent Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) account and fine-tuning client solution documents that address the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)-related impacts of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Operating Rules as mandated under Section 1104 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
  • Operational support duties include managing internal SharePoint sites and related user access, maintaining email distribution lists, assisting offshore teams, and providing back-up client support for B2B EDI products and services.
  • Complies with all policies and standards. Solves a range of problems leveraging understanding of processes and customers
  • Builds understanding of processes and customer needs and challenges
  • Able to solves a range of problems
  • Reviews and tests possible solutions using standardized procedures
  • Ability to work with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Education Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area.
