Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Digital Business Analyst in Tampa, FL.Overview:The Senior Business Analyst analyzes business, stakeholder, and functional requirements provided from the end users and supports strategic and operational initiatives and projects. The position partners with technology resources to translate the requirements into non-functional/technical specifications. The position, in partnership with internal and external teams, ensures all requirements are gathered, documented, approved and managed; and works closely with company leadership, clinicians, researchers, PMO and operational staff to ensure requirements are met through comprehensive solutions.The Senior Business Analyst may participate in contract negotiation and administration; and analyzes and determines operational and financial impact of new product and service offerings. The candidate proposes changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results; assists in organization change management and functions as an internal consultant in analyzing business processes, assessing and defining customer specifications and requirements, proposing business solutions that prioritizes technology and services needs to satisfy customer requirements, and facilitating solution design, building and testing.The Senior Business Analyst is also responsible for financial and performance reporting and analysis to include: benchmark comparisons, value realization tracking, cost and value (benefits realization) tracking, cost reduction opportunities, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This individual is responsible for working with appropriate IT and business leaders to develop and distribute artifacts for various governance councils.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience analyzing and documenting business, stakeholder, functional and non-functional/technical requirements in support of strategic and/or operational initiatives and projects
- In addition to the minimum requirements, the ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and appropriate certifications (PMI-PBA, CBAP, CSM)
