About ATAC
Textron Systems - ATAC provides tactical flight training and adversary aggressor services for U.S. Navy, Marine and Air Force pilots. ATAC operates simultaneously across eight sites and two continents and comprises the world's largest outsourced civilian, tactical airborne training organization and proudly provides the highest quality live training to Squadrons, Air Wings, and Battle Groups.

The Program Financial Analyst reporting to the Director of Finance will be supporting Textron Systems ATAC programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports
• Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls
• Provide real time program financial status to Director of Finance as well as Ad-hoc financial analysis
• Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to an audience consisting of front line and executive level management.
Developing and understanding key business unit operating metrics/drivers
• Analyze data and reports for logical and reasonable outcomes. Investigate errors and propose solutions to the problem.
• Participate in the implementation of new or improved systems and processes


Education: Bachelor's Degree required, degrees in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred

• Strong sense of accountability and integrity
• Effectively utilizes time and organizes priorities well
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
