Administrative position where one will provide organized, consistent and effective accounting and administrative support to the President and Project Management team for our office.
A need to be versatile, extremely organized, have a keen attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Proficient level of computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Handle Customer inquiries and follow up until complete.
• Assist with Customer scheduling.
• Data entry of Accounts payable in an accounting software.
• Data entry of Account receivable in a service software.
• Assist both office and field staff with various clerical items.
• Work with payroll.
• Letter writing abilities.
• Manage phones.
• Handle company insurance items with Insurance Representative with regard to Employee Health Insurance.
• Conduct Errands, which may include trips to job sites. Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to work independently with little direction.
• Spanish Speaking/Writing is a plus but not required.

• College degree or equivalent Office Experience
