Product Owners are part of the Product Team. They collaborate with functional specialists in matrix teams containing visual designers, user experience designers, developers, and quality assurance technicians (IT). Product Owners synthesize business needs with Product Managers on behalf of stakeholders(the business). • Prioritization - Vigilantly maintain prioritization of backlogs. Collaborate to proactively mitigate resource constraints, manage dependencies, and avoid cross-program tradeoffs.

Organizational Dynamics:
  • Self-starters
  • Domain Mastery - Command of product performance data which supports knowledge of stakeholder needs and business objectives.
  • Influence - Build and preserve relationships.

Measurable Results:
  • Contribution to sales yield and customer retention;
  • Release volume and backlog health;
  • Innovation and architectural runway.

Education & Experience:
  • Prefer students pursuing a Graduate Degree
