A Global Leader in manufacturing is looking to expand their Human Resources department as they reshape the department to oversee the entire international footprint of this storied organization.

You will be responsible for guiding the organization through the implementation of new HRIS and payroll software, while managing the day-to-day activities associated with those platforms. Additionally, you will oversee the payroll process for roughly 1,500 employees world-wide.

This is not a Talent Acquisition or Diversity & Inclusion focused role.

The role will start off 100% remote to start, but candidates must be local to the Cherry Hill, NJ area to be considered.

Job Details
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience specifically related to HRIS technology.
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing payroll, international payroll experience is a huge plus.
  • Experience rolling out or being part of the implementation and road mapping of new HRIS software.
  • Experience with Ceridian or Ultipro is a huge plus.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to own a project and be the subject-matter-expert.
