Principal Financial Analyst

Raytheon Intelligence & Space has an opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join the Supply Chain Finance team. The effective candidate for this role will employ their knowledge of financial analysis, communication and leadership skills. The team member will have excellent analytical skills including: the ability to analyze trends and make recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally to identify and drive resolution of issues, and analyze name run data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide ongoing variance and data analysis of the Supply Chain PRISM Pools
• Develop and support quarterly Supply Chain PRISM Pool factor updates
• Analyze data trends and work with Pool owners to help make recommendations
• Perform Make, Buy, Where analysis
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to review and validate pool expense and performance
• Interface with Supply Chain, Accounting, and other stakeholders
• Other responsibilities include utilizing APEX, PRISM and BW to complete the above requirements and provide financial support and analysis

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 6 years applicable work experience in Finance or related business experience
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  Highly Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse
• Basic understanding of PRISM and support labor in a pooled environment (PRISM Pools)
• Goal-oriented team member who can drive independent analysis and process improvement
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Experience within matrix environment; ability to accommodate numerous stakeholders across functions and disciplines
• Advanced Excel skills
  Required Education (including Major):

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related degree

Salary Range $92,300 - $124,000
