Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant (163047)

Accounts Payable Assistant Pay Range: $13-20.00 hourly, DOE

Accounts Payable Assistant Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F

Accounts Payable Assistant Start Date: ASAP

The Accounts Payable Assistant position in Bangor, Maine is responsible for sending invoices, collecting payments, working with vendors to renew inventory, and other basic administrative duties. You will have a solid understanding of accounts payable and product purchasing. Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills and an accounts payable background . This is a full time, temporary position.

Accounts Payable Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Accounting experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with computer use
• Excellent math skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented due to volume of invoices
• Proficient in task follow-up and time management
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to take on other assigned projects if needed
