Job Description
The trainee will assist the team in the pricing, execution, and providing advisory for investment products in various asset classes. He/she will be involved in the training of front line sales staff. In addition, he/she will be involved in cross functional projects in then enhancement of platform, product & digitalization initiatives. He/she will also be involved in product life cycle management activities.
Responsibilities
• Pricing, structuring, product development, advisory & execution and managing life cycle management activities of treasury products distributed to GCFS customers.
• Provide training to GCFS staff including Wealth Management, Investment Counsellors & sales staff from all customer segments within GCFS. Products include foreign exchange, foreign exchange options, interest rates derivatives, commodities derivatives, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, hybrids, etc
• Analyze and understand customers' needs and customize appropriate treasury solutions to meet these needs Qualifications
1. Good degree in Business, Economics and Finance
2. Proficient in programming skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, Python.
3. Highly motivated individual who can work well in a team
4. Results-oriented and able to deal with pressure
5. Willingness to learn with positive attitude
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
