Job Description

This role will be primarily focused on creation and development of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports and dashboards. Data analysis will also be a key driving aspect.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple reports within defined TAT and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy
• Maintain existing templates/scripts/databases & incorporate changes whenever required
• Continues to figure out scope the reporting efficiency through automation
• Create and maintain standard documentation of all processes/reports
• Perform analysis and provide commentary of the outcome
• Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities
• Transform complex data sets into elegant end-user reporting
• Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business analysis on large data set based on business requests
• Renovate the reports with inclusion of automation in possible areas
• Provide recommendation and scheduling advisors for trainings and licensing exams
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure accurate data gathering, delivery of key information and execution of analysis done
• Manages scheduling for the advisor exams

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 5-8 years of related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI and ability to connect to a variety of data sources
• Should be aware about financial concepts or should have the aptitude to pick up finance concepts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Highly organized, motivated, self-directed and possess a cohesive team attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of VBA and SAS will be a plus
