Your new company
A leading multi-national organisation in West Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst (part-qualified CIMA or ACCA minimum) to join their dynamic UK finance team. The role will report direct to the Head of Financial Reporting and will aim to support the business through stakeholder partnering and greater visibility gained through analysis of commercial data.
Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for proactively business partnering with the local and overseas management, to deliver commercial finance information and insights. Furthermore, you will carry out analysis to investigate variances, opportunities, risk, and inventory waste. Supporting various budgeting and forecasting processes will also be integral to your role, alongside assisting in the month end close, including reviewing inventory reconciliations. Process improvement and system upgrade project participation will also be key to your success.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to be an experienced financial analyst (CIMA or ACCA qualified ideally) with strong experience in commercial accounting and stakeholder management. In addition, you will be well versed with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP), possessing a proactive approach to problem solving and process optimisation. Alongside this, you will be an excellent communicator, team player and demonstrate an ability to comfortably work to deadlines.

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity offering upto £45,000 (experience dependent) plus benefits, alongside the chance to work with an international business offering overseas exposure and progression.
