Description
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end processes
- Responsible for the end to end billing process, challenging internal departments where necessary
- Own the client year-end accruals burn down process
- Stakeholder management, developing a positive working relationship with the client
- Produce contractual client reporting
- Produce adhoc internal and client analysis
- Produce data upload files to the customer open book accounting database
- Reconcile the customer open book accounting database to the client reporting
- Lead and challenge internal businesses on WIP balances
- Assist with the budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Building key relationships with internal businesses ensuring mutual contract understanding (including Europe finance and operation teams)
- Assist with the control & review of internal business open book invoice applications ensuring full reconciliation
- Internal business pass-through revenue control including period and year to date reporting
Profile
- Qualified or QBE accountant with strong analytical skills and immediate availability
