Group Finance Director | Pharmaceutical/FMCG

The Company

Our client is a rapidly expanding listed multinational pharmaceutical/manufacturing corporation with strong business presence globally. An exciting opportunity to join the HQ as a Group Finance Director.

The Role

• Directly report to the Group CFO and BODs
• Manage and oversee all rounded group finance functions
• As the key change driver to rebuild the group FP&A workflow and internal control standard
• Implement group-wise ERP system and continuous process reengineering to improve overall efficiency and support business decision
• As a strategic business partner to the BODs and Functional leaders on daily business cases, new markets development and long-term strategic planning
• Oversee regular statutory reporting and overall finance operations
• Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned

Your Profile

• Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance or other related disciples
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, group FP&A/all rounded finance experience from pharmaceutical/medical/FMCG industry experience would be a plus
• Good understanding of listing rules and IFRS
• Open to travel or relocate to Greater Bay Area
• CPA/ACCA/FCCA/AICPA qualification
• Experience in system project
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• IMMEDIATELY AVILABLE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
