The Role Responsibilities
  • Focus on segmental and wealth management performance analysis, GBA and digital financials reporting
  • Partner with Biz in firming up the overall strategy and budget as well as the subsequent performance monitoring
  • Engage business proactively and keep abreast of the business develop, needs and concerns
  • Devise and provide timely, accurate & forward-looking financial reports/ analysis to Biz for performance tracking and decision making
  • Manage and coordinate the flash and forecasting/ budgeting process
  • Understand the financial reporting process and establish appropriate controls to ensure data integrity for financial reports preparation
  • Provide advice and support on business issues, requests/ queries on regulatory compliance and accounting treatment
  • Provide advice on new or revised financial policy, PPG or systems from finance perspective; communicate the changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain effective communication with other teams in Finance to improve collaboration & alignment
  • Manage the timeliness and quality of deliverables from GFS team on migrated tasks by providing clear guidelines and maintaining good working relationship
  • Provide supports to internal/external auditors and regulatory examiners
  • Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Groups policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters
