Senior Accountant (open to auditors)

Our client is a leading European manufacturing company with a well established global presence. They pride themselves for providing high quality and innovative products and services, backed by a team of dedicated employees. We are now partnering with them to look for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team overseeing the APAC region.

about the job

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be taking care of the full spectrum of accounting and reporting activities for the region. In your role, you will be involved in monthly closing activities and financial statement reviews. You will also be responsible for project management of process optimization initiatives. The role will also be providing accounting advisory to the team and will be involved in accounting global projects.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 6 years of working experience in the accounting or audit in a dynamic MNC and/or in an audit firm. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience working with companies in APAC region preferred. Hands on experience in using SAP is ideal. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
