Based in Singapore Audible is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.
Your Responsibilities:
As the AP Specialist, you will work closely with the Finance Managers based in Australia and Singapore, on Accounts Payables and other month-end processes across Singapore, Australia and India. Key deliverables include AP processing (vendor set-up, reviewing and approving employees' expenses and invoice processing, general maintenance of AP inboxes - SG and AU).
We are ideally looking for an experienced AP professional, who has worked in a fast-paced high growth e-commerce/retail sector. You will need to be proactive, meticulous, have an eye for details and able to adapt your approach to your work and any ad hoc tasks as required. You will be a quick learner, and will assume responsibility for many day-to-day accounting and compliance matters.
Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or with 2+ or more years of post-qualification experience in Accounts Payables
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to details
• Demonstrate professional judgement in handling AP related transactions and processes
• Structured and systematic way of working, as well as excellent time management
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong professional maturity and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot tables etc will be an advantage.
