We also provide ongoing assistance for client's internal staff and systems.
As an Associate Director, you will be the primary person responsible for execution on client engagements, and will maintain strong relationships with senior client personnel. You'll have a solid understanding of your clients' business and demonstrate technical competence in your product group and industry.This competence will ensure quality and satisfaction on engagements.Youcan clearly articulate the value drivers of our business, and are responsible for developing opportunities both at both new and existing clients. You will also develop further contacts within the business community and serve as an ambassador for Protiviti in the market.Finally you will be responsible for job economics and for ensuring timely close and billing of projects.

- Prior experience in a leadership role in Professional Services is preferred
- Prior leadership and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required

Educational & Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, as well as a relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CA ot CIA
- Solid understanding of current accounting (GAAP) and auditing (GAAS) principles
- Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT)
- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including process mapping
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- 8+ years in a related field, with professional services experience highly desirable
Ability to travel
- The position requires some out-of-town travel to client work sites
