Reporting into the CEO, this is a hands-on Financial Controller, with full responsibility for the finance function of a growing SME business.

Description
- Management Accounts
- Daily and weekly financial reporting
- Cash-flow
- Budgets and forecast
- Acting as a business partner to the wider business, providing financial support and guidance to drive key business decision
- Providing support to junior members of the finance team
- Process improvements and driving efficiencies
- Part of the Senor Leadership Team
Profile
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Previous experience in a finance leadership role, ideally in a SME environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support non-finance
- Proven track record of driving change
- FMCG experience is desirable
- Hands on approach
- Able to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
