I am currently shortlisting for two Interim Finance positions within Local Government. Both roles are for Lead Accountants who will play a huge part in supporting and growing their Finance team and driving process improvements.
My clients are a Local Government Authority based in the Midlands who are growing their Finance operations with two key senior Interim appointments.
The Lead Accountant/Finance Manager position will be part of the Senior Management team and will involve the following responsibilities
The successful candidate will be qualified and have extensive experience of managing a highly successful team within the Public Sector, ideally within Local Government.
The Interim contracts available require candidates to be immediately available or coming to the end of their current assignment, ready to begin a new assignment within a matter of a week or two. Remote on-boarding will typically take no longer than 2 weeks.
Day Rates between £200-£250 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration - 3-4 Months with possible extension.
