Job Description: Assist in the preparation, maintenance and documentation of monthly/quarterly/annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections Perform necessary reconciliations to ensure all revenues and expenses Work with Asset Management, Leasing, Operations and Construction groups to coordinate leasing plan schedules, capital expenditure analyses and commentary to ensure accuracy and completeness Coordinate the preparation of General and Administration budgets with all department heads Work closely with Property Accounting team in the review of the budget worksheets Coordinate business inputs across multiple departments, creation of forecast and results analysis and reporting packages Track and maintain lease cost obligations and building capital payment timing as well as future obligations to monitor liquidity Assist in the preparation of portfolio's liquidity and capital plan analyses for contributions and distributions Prepare quarterly portfolio–level variance analyses of budget vs actual, actuals vs actuals required for reporting Work with Asset Management in the reconciliation/tie–outs of quarterly market value reconciliation process Assist in the maintenance of fund track records and valuation templates/memos for Portfolio Board presentations Monitor Cost accountant to ensure accuracy of actual expenditures Responsible for training and communicating best practices and efficiencies pertaining to closing the books as well as forecasting Create and implement report production, productivity and quality standards Provide analytical and direct business support Perform additional analyses and reports as requested by management Requirements: Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem–solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to work independently and take initiative Able to adapt to changing priorities Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines Detail–oriented A team player Strong work ethic Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience REF # 36543
