Accounts Payable Manager (Shipping)

The Company

Our client is a privately owned international ship owner and management company providing the full suite of solutions for their customers. As the organization continues with its plans for the region, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their innovative and dynamic workforce.

The Role

Reporting to Financial Controller, you will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function to achieve both day-to-day operational objectives, as well as long-term targets for the AP function. This includes ensuring all KPIs for processing and settlement of payables are met, lead in preparation and analysis of periodic reports, dashboards, ad-hoc reports and projects. Last but not least, you will drive the process streamlining and automation of the AP function as well as new ERP system implementation.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accountancy or ACCA with at least 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable function. Prior supervisory skills and experience in driving process and systems improvements will be essential. Experience in data analytics tools, IMOS as well as Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable will be ideal.
