Entertainment Company is in need of High-Level Bookkeepers.

We are looking for candidates who are able to work 20 hours a week during daytime hours, that has dependable telephone and internet connections and are able to efficiently work remotely.

Please do not apply if your knowledge is limited to data entry, you lack basic accounting knowledge like debits/credits, etc., or you are unfamiliar with online business and eCommerce businesses.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Flex Days Monday to Friday
• 20 Hours per week (10 Hours at Office / 10 Hours from Home)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
• accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

3-4 years experience in:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank Account/ Credit Card Reconciliations & Entries
• Sales and use tax Filing In the Multiple States
• Ecommerce
• Sale and Use Tax
• Multiple Clients
• Advance Skills in Using Excel

1-2 years experience in:

• Creating advanced reports
• Entering and maintaining budgets and forecasts
• Experience booking merchant processing transactions, fees, and reserves
