Performance Analyst Graduates commence in February 2022 and will:
- Assist with conducting performance audits
- Deliver their work in line with quality standards and agreed timeframes and budgets
- Develop a depth of understanding of public agency practices and processes
- Build positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Exercise judgement in identifying and reporting potential audit issues
- Develop an understanding of auditing standards and guidelines, audit methodology and processes
- Actively pursue professional learning aligned with VAGO's goals
- Contribute to developing and delivering business improvement projects
