As part of their growing business, they are now looking for a dynamic individual to drive profitability and cost efficiencies as a Cost Accountant.

about the job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work closely across all functions of the business to drive productivity and cost effectiveness to achieve profitability and revenue objectives. You will work closely with procurement, central kitchen, marketing and training teams to monitor cost performance across various areas including yield loss, wastage and raw material prices while ensuring maximising margins and pricing. You will also support in monthly reconciliation and closing activities.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 5 years of cost accounting experience within the F&B or hospitality industry. You enjoy working within a dynamic and fast paced environment while having the confidence to engage with various business stakeholders.
