A well established client, with further impressive growth plans, are looking to recruit a Billings Administrator to join their team.
As a Billings Administrator, you will report into the Departmental Manager, responsible for the efficient processing of invoices.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ensure all invoicing is completed; identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency; respond to and resolve queries; bank postings; reconciliations; stakeholder management; reporting.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a transactional finance role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
