  • Act as Commercial Business Partner to Project Activation Lead, Supply Chain and Finance team to ensure efficient execution and cost management for company projects / promotions.
  • Act as the Administrator for Company In-House Automated Quotation and Purchasing System (MAD).
  • Gatekeeper for Company SOP in each Project Stages (example Estimate, Quotation, Invoicing and Collection) and with cross reference back to Supply Chain are review, fine-tune and 100% compliance.
  • Manage all vendors and intercompany charges for system creation.
  • Issues of PO to all vendors when require via the automated system.
  • Contract review and validation (insurance, service agreements & other supporting roles required).
