Accounts Senior

Our client are a highly reputable, growing mid sized firm based in Bradford.

Due to expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an progressive and ambitious Audit Senior to work within a highly professional and dynamic audit team.

Responsible for leading OMB audits within the local area Management of your own portfolio of jobs which will involve the planning, fieldwork and completion of audit assignments, taking a leading role within our onsite teams, communicating clearly with the client and reporting into the audit manager or Partner Supervising and training juniors Reviewing and completing audit files Corporation tax calculations and consolidated accounts Representing the firm to a high level of professionalism The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified/qualified by experience with experience gained within audit in practice.

Over 2 years relevant experience within an accountancy practice environment; Specific audit experience including planning, leading fieldwork teams and completion of files for manager approval; Experience preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies from both computerised accounting packages and incomplete records; Experience in corporation tax compliance; Strong inter-personal skills and being able to effectively communicate with both clients and staff at all levels
