Our client is a market leading brand, looking to replace its Finance Manager who has recently been promoted. This position will be diverse and fast paced - perfect for those looking for a challenge.

Client Details

Our client is a blue chip company in the leisure industry with sites across the globe. You will be based at one of the sites near Derby, whereby they are in need of a strong/up and coming Finance Manager to lead from the front. There is plenty of chance for progression in this role, and you will be support my training programs.

Description

Your key duties and responsibilities within this role include:

• Provides on going analytical support to ensure financial goals are met and opportunities are identified and addressed;

• Produces accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business.

• Produces accurate and timely financial reports to support effective decision making.

• Provides meaning or context to the financial results.

• Provides assistance in developing the annual business plan, budgets and monthly forecasts.

• Management of team, including training and appraisals.

• Gaining buy in from senior stakeholders within the business and effectively communicating financial impact with concern to developed KPI's.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a strong financial and management background. You must thrive in a fast pace environment and be results driven within the workplace. You must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate financial information to key stakeholders. You should either be qualified by experience or part qualified in CIMA/ACCA/equivalent.

Job Offer
