In this role you will oversee a team of staff covering all areas of finance. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller and will have exposure to the Finance Director and Managing Director. This role is suited to someone who has previous man management experience and who is looking for their next challenge.

Description
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
- Verifying full reconciliations of all balance sheet and profit and loss items are completed as part of month end.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the management accounts by putting in place relevant procedures
- Training staff where necessary
- Introducing useful p&l analysis
- Assisting with external audits and year end reporting
Profile
The client is looking for someone who:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified of qualified by experience
- Strong technical accounting background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi - task
- Able to build relationships outside of finance
- Strong man management skills
