This role is a hybrid role with exposure to the commercial side of the organisation and such you would liaise between central finance and other points of contract across the organisation.

Client Details

The client is based in Cardiff and easily accessible by car or public transport. The client has multiple offices across South Wales and across the UK. The organisation is broken up into different areas/divisions across South Wales and the UK. You would be working within a small team of 10.

Description

As the Accounts Administrator you would:

  • Maintain Records for the Logs
  • Study Contractual agreements to workout charges
  • Manage Contractual agreements (admin side)
  • Prepare Month End Accounts
  • Prepare Budgetary forecasts
  • Inputting of Data
  • Use of Excel to Manipulate Data

Profile

The successful candidate for the Accounts Administrator would:

  • Be commercially aware
  • Very good with excel including V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables
  • Ideally have an AAT or a Financial Degree (but not essentially)

Job Offer

As the Accounts Administrator you would be offered an initial 3-6 month Contract

Based in Cardiff

Salary 18-25K per annum
