We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst at EPA.

CRM Business Analyst is responsible for: gathering business requirements related to CRM solutions, documenting and translating requirements into user stories, and working closely with the delivery team in ensuring the solution is correctly developed, tested, and released into the production environment. The role collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders to support the EPA end user experience and enable environmental regulation via CRM tools. This role works across both technical experts and business users to collect business needs and support the translation of these needs into digital solutions.
