The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end payroll processing for the UK and a small set of countries throughout the EMEA region, working in partnership with a number of external 3rd party payroll providers. Experience with working with ADP Freedom for the UK payroll is essential. This role also offers development opportunities to gain exposure to more European countries as time goes on. Responsibilities: Ensure all employees are paid on time, accurately and compliantly throughout the EMEA region Coordinate with internal stakeholders  (using Workday as the system of record) and outsourced payroll providers in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll Review preliminary payroll calculations from payroll vendors and advise of any amendments required Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with statutory requirements Ensure up to date payroll regulatory compliance legislation is adhered to Prepare payroll payments & ensure payroll funding is in place Review and complete tax and other statutory payroll filings in partnership with external providers Research and resolve payroll related queries from employees and key stakeholders Process off-cycle payroll transactions as required Qualifications: Prior experience of payroll processing - strong UK experience is a MUST Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related discipline such as CIPP/IPASS (preferable) Focused, disciplined and ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight timelines Fluency in English, fluency in a second European language preferable (Polish, German, French) Advanced Excel skills Aptitude for problem-solving Experienece working with ADP Freedom for the UK payroll Ideally having worked with WorkDay - HCM (Not Essential)
