Consolidation Manager (International Company)

You will be leading a team of GL Accountants, reporting to the head of department and being the key person in responsible for Group Consolidation of the company.

Description

• Responsible for managing the group's consolidation process, set the group accounting guidelines and oversee compliance
• Produce group financial reporting to senior management within deadlines
• Verify reporting adjustments, ensure correct application of the group accounting policies
• Provide explanations and analytical review of group financial for Board and Shareholder Meetings
• Ensure monthly consolidation reports are completed in agreed timelines
• Manage the annual statutory group audit
• Implement strong financial internal control process across the various functional areas of the company
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and prepare monthly/quarterly standard reports for management
• Perform gaap analysis with the intention to suggest ideas for reporting processes improvement managing the group's consolidation process
• Set the group accounting guidelines and oversee compliance, ensure international standards compliance
• Regularly update group accounting guidelines in line with changes in legal requirements

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of experience, 3+ years in a management lovel, background from Big 4 audit firm is preferred
• Experience in managing group financial reconciliation and consolidation in a complex organization structure
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
