A great permanent opportunity for a full/part time Accounts Assistant based in Macclesfield. Will consider part time but only five shorter days.

Description

This role is reporting in to the Management Accountant.

The duties include:

  • Processing high volume of purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Sales invoices
  • Dealing with finance queries
  • Assisting with general finance admin tasks

Profile

The successful candidates MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
  • Have experience with high volume purchase ledger invoices - Essential
  • Be able to use finance system Sage - Desirable
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Essential
  • Be a strong communicator - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £22,000 per annum + Parking + Pension + Part time hours if needed
