  • Perform verification and recording of supplier invoices
  • Perform verification and processing of staff expense reimbursement
  • Preparation and recording of payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany reconciliations
  • Maintaining monthly exchange rates
  • Update daily transactions in cashbooks
  • Revaluation of foreign currency balances
  • Assist in the month end closing of accounts
  • Other ad-hoc matters as and when required

Requirements
  • Meticulous and responsible team player who is able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Would be good if able to commence immediately
