Job Responsibilities

Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting requirements.
Review day to day financial transactions and make sure internal controls and policies are adhere to alongside the controlling of cost.
Ensure accurate and timely complete of financial reporting, which includes monthly financial statements, annual financial statements and other management reports.
Cashflow management
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors and mitigate the queries satisfactorily.
Assist Finance Director in day-to-day financial operations and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders including board members & management committee.
Ensure financial and statutory compliance
Any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements

Sound knowledge in Bangladesh and International accounting standards.
Accounting background with minimum 8 years relevant experience in a multinational organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong capabilities in MS excel - experience in Tally ERP will be an added advantage
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, should be a good team player.
Working experience in Garments/Garments Accessories company will be an added advantage.
